The fund owns the systems, monetizes §48E tax credits at fair market value, and collects lease revenue plus Virtual Power Plant dispatch income for a quarter century.

§48E Tax Credits

Systems qualify for the §48E Investment Tax Credit based on fair market value (certified by Baker Tilly). Credits are transferable and monetized on platforms like Crux at ~92¢ on the dollar. This is designed to return a meaningful portion of invested capital in year one.

25 Years of Lease MRR

Each homeowner pays a flat monthly lease for 25 years. Recurring, inflation-protected revenue secured by the system on their roof. No concentration risk — 420 independent contracts across DFW.

VPP Dispatch Upside

Enrolled Powerwalls are dispatched to the grid during peak events through utility Virtual Power Plant programs. Incremental revenue per system on top of the lease. 1,010 Powerwalls under management.

The tax advantage, explained.

Under the Inflation Reduction Act, §48E provides a 30%+ Investment Tax Credit on qualified clean energy property — including residential solar + storage owned by investors through a commercial lease structure. Credits are based on the system's fair market value, not just installation cost.
